Pawnee is a city located in Pawnee County, Oklahoma and is the county seat of Pawnee County. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 2,230. It is the county seat of Pawnee County.
Pawnee is located at 36°20'11" North, 96°48'5" West (36.336260, -96.801494).
