Winner of Ford Truck Rodeo Series Award in 2002 Wayne Spears plays Pawnee Bill at the Annual Pawnee Bill Wild West Show The Famous Oklahoma Steam Threshers & Gas Engine Show takes place at the Pawnee County Fairgrounds Huge Dick Tracy Mural Painted on the side of a building The World's oldest Free Pow-Wow: Pawnee Indian Veterans Homecoming and Pow-wow is held annually around the 4th of July Dick Tracy & Tess during the annual Dick Tracy Days Celebration at the Pawnee County Historical Society Museum WPA Bathhouse, originally constructed in 1938 by President Roosevelt's Works Progress Administration  out of hand cut and coursed native stone, was  restored in 2003 and the swimmin' hole (pool) reopened for summer enjoyment! DEDICATED: MEMORIAL DAY, MAY 1992 Pawnee County Historical Society Museum & Dick Tracy Headquarters, Located on the West side of The Town Square Historic Pawnee County Courthouse in the middle of Pawnee's Town Square Decade-plus Year Old Bank Building, Now Pawnee Bill Trading Post. The Bank is still in business and celebrated its 130th year in 2004. Note the Lady in the upstairs window! She has many costume changes throughout the year!
