Oklahoma, Pawnee County, Pawnee Pawnee is a city located in Pawnee County, Oklahoma and is the county seat of Pawnee County. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 2,230. It is the county seat of Pawnee County.

Geography

Pawnee is located at 36°20'11" North, 96°48'5" West (36.336260, -96.801494).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 5.7 km˛ (2.2 mi˛). 5.7 km˛ (2.2 mi˛) of it is land and none of the area is covered with water.
